How can I get detailed tracking information?

As soon as a package has been shipped out, we’ll send you a “Shipment Notification” email including information about carrier information, a tracking number and link for online tracking whenever available.

 

Why the tracking information is not available?

Sometimes due to the heavy transport, the shipment company might fail to update your package information in time. Please don’t worry; your package is on the way to you. Or you can also send us an email with your order number; we will check the details for you.
